Deniz Dagli

Director and Clinical Psychologist

Deniz Dagli is a warm and experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a range of services including NGO’s, schools, hospitals, community health, tertiary education and in private practice. Deniz has a rich history of 15 years clinical experience with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, grief and loss, experiences of trauma, eating disorders, life transitions and navigating cultural identities. She works from a supportive, friendly, and caring manner to provide a collaborative and safe space. 

Deniz enjoys working with children, adults and families of all genders and cultural backgrounds. She utilises evidence-based therapy and assessment in her sessions. She has training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and family and attachment-based therapies. 

Deniz is an EMDR trained Psychologist and provides support for people experiencing trauma. 

Deniz is bi-lingual and speaks Turkish. Other than work, she is a confessed coffee snob, loves nature and poetry. 

Ahmet Sait Yildirim

Clinical Psychologist
Ahmet Sait Yildirim is a Clinical Psychologist who completed his Bachelor’s and Honours degrees in Psychology at the University of Melbourne and his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
 
Ahmet has experience working across both public and private sectors, delivering psychological services to clients across the lifespan. He has supported individuals presenting with a broad range of mental health, neurodevelopmental, and behavioural concerns.
 
Ahmet provides therapeutic support to clients under Medicare, Workers Compensation, Compulsory Third Party (CTP), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and private arrangements. He is passionate about delivering person-centred therapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based therapies. He takes a compassionate, constructive approach to therapy, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can work toward healing, self-understanding, and improved well-being.
 
He has experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support networks to support positive outcomes. Ahmet also has a special interest and expertise in psychological assessments, including cognitive (IQ), neurodevelopmental (Autism, ADHD), and mental health diagnostics.
 
Ahmet is fluent in both English and Turkish. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, travelling, and hiking.

Nada Salam

Registered Psychologist

 

Nada is a passionate Registered Psychologist who has experience working with children, their families and adults with varying clinical presentations across the lifespan. These include but are not limited to anxiety related disorders, depression, behavioural issues, social difficulties, trauma, and school-related difficulties.

She adopts a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming approach to her treatment. Nada is a bilingual therapist and can support individuals and families who speak Arabic as their first language.

Nada has extensive experience working with families and children across different cultural backgrounds. She also has extensive experience working with people who are neurodiverse i.e., Autism (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Nada works closely with her client’s treating team, including parents, GPs, school counsellors and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

Nada is an engaging therapist who takes an empathetic client-centred approach to therapy to ensure support is tailored to her client’s unique life experiences, mental health needs and goals. Nada attained a Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University. She is trained and experienced in implementing evidence-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, DBT supportive strategies, Trauma-focused CBT and Mindfulness.

Nada engages in regular professional development which allows her to be informed of the latest gold standards clinical practices.

Cynthia

Client Engagement Officer

 

Cynthia is a Client Engagement Officer at MindSea Psychology, where she plays a central role in ensuring clients feel supported and cared for from their very first interaction. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce/Science at UNSW, majoring in Information Systems and Psychology, and is passionate about combining her knowledge of people and processes to create a seamless experience for clients.

In her role, Cynthia oversees client communication, appointment management, administrative support, and contributes to social media and practice development. Known for her warm empathetic approachable nature, she is efficient and adaptable, helping both clients and clinicians feel at ease.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys dance, travelling, spending time with friends, and binge-watching her favourite shows.

Melisa

 

Melisa is a provisional psychologist who is committed to fostering a safe, trusting, and welcoming environment with the clients she works with. She integrates evidence-base techniques in her work and takes on a collaborative and client-centred approach. Her goal is to ensure clients feel supported and empowered as they explore mental health challenges in their journey towards greater well-being.

Melisa has worked collaboratively with clients across the lifespan with diverse presentations. She has a strong interest towards providing cognitive assessment and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults. Melisa draws on techniques from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is a qualified group facilitator for the SAS (Secret Agent Society) social skills group program for children.

Melisa has completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Professional Psychology at Western Sydney University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at ISN Psychology.

Servet Aydin

Clinically Registered Counsellor (PACFA)

Currently available on Thursday only

Servet is a Clinically Registered Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from ACAP.

With over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, Servet has supported clients across NGOs, private practice, and government-funded services. She has extensive experience working within the NDIS sector, providing positive behaviour support, Triple P Parenting, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with diverse needs.

Servet draws upon a range of evidence-based therapies, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma, parenting, behaviour support, and other mental health challenges.

She has extensive experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with families and support networks to promote meaningful and positive outcomes for clients.

Servet is bilingual, fluent in both English and Turkish, and values culturally sensitive practice.

Outside of work, Servet enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, walking by the beach, creating art, and travelling.

Janella Tiongan

Registered Psychologist

 

Janella is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s difficulties and transitions. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, including those who are neurodivergent. Janella has experience in helping clients manage common mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, as well as supporting them through life’s challenges and changes.

She takes a warm, collaborative, and client-led approach, individualising therapy to each client’s unique goals, needs, experiences. and culture. Her supportive demeanor creates a safe, and accepting atmosphere where clients can examine their concerns without fear, reflect deeply, and move toward lasting, positive change.

Drawing on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and uncover their inner strengths, to create meaningful, lasting personal growth.

Kaushiki (aka Kiki) Rai

Registered Psychologist

Working on Mondays and Wednesdays

Kiki is a warm and compassionate psychologist who is committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges in a thoughtful, client-centred way. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

She works with populations across the lifespan experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Kiki draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Her clinical interests include neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD) and trauma, and conducting psychometric assessments.

Her therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. Kiki is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills to support long-term wellbeing.
