Cancellation Policy

In order to provide equitable services to the community, we value our clinicians and clients time and therefore it is important that we are informed of non-attendance in sessions.

Last minute cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice attract a full fee unless unexpected life events occur.

If you inform us within the 24 hours – 48 hours’ notice 50% of the full fee is charged.

A cancellation fee will not be charged if you provide more than 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or changing an appointment.
